Special B — Black Pepper Chicken on Noodles — started life as a chef's daily recommendation and quickly became one of the most-ordered dishes at Minh's Garden. Strips of seasoned chicken breast are stir-fried in our hot wok with sliced mushrooms and onions, finished with a generous hit of freshly cracked black pepper and a savoury pan sauce.

The dish is then ladled over a tangle of vermicelli noodles for a complete one-bowl meal.
