Our Vermicelli Noodle Bowls — known to regulars as bun — are the dish that defines casual Vietnamese dining at Minh's Garden. A bed of cool rice vermicelli is layered with shredded lettuce, refreshing cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, mint and cilantro, then topped with your choice of marinated grilled meat hot off the grill.
Special A pairs grilled lemongrass chicken with two of our famous crispy spring rolls; the #33 is a long-running favourite for its perfectly balanced grilled meat and sauce. Each bowl is served with a side of nuoc cham (sweet-tangy fish-sauce dressing) — pour it over and toss to combine for a bright, satisfying meal that's never heavy.
